Since stream-of-consciousness blogs seem to be de rigeur of late, I thought I'd share some of the latest developments in D10-land:
- Hollywood went to a wedding in which a prominent member of the wedding party (some would say the best member) was intoxicated to a level that severly hampered the delivery of his speech. He would later be spotted asking guests for marijuana (it was an awesome wedding).
- Boots threw up on the bathroom floor from drinking wine and beer bought at Trader Joe's. This means that Boots has achieved the rare dual feat of being simultaneously a disgusting piece of trash and an annoying bohemian shithead. Hats off to him.
- Friends of the D10 Louie and Kaniecki missed their flight to Pittsburgh and didn't want to go home after they went all the way to the airport, so they caught a standby flight to Clearwater Beach, FL. While there, they met the Gin Blossoms, and apparently ingratiated themselves to the group over beers by "talking shit about the Wallflowers."
- Neighbor of the D10 Ian (note that I didn't say "friend") had a harrowing experience in which a young lady cornered him in an alley, pulled out and threw away her tampon and demanded copulation.
- Boots dominated a kickball game put on by local educators. I would offer further commentary, but I'm still coming to grips with the Ian thing.
(I was going to close with a pertinent music video, All the Gin Blossoms music videos on YouTube had "Embedding disabled by request." What shitheads. Time to hit 'em where it hurts.)
