Hospice

I'm still in bed. It's about 2:30 in the afternoon. Last night I went to play basketball with some buddies from school and was actually shooting lights out for the first 3 games. then i went up for a rebound and pulled a muscle in my back. Thus, i haven't gotten out of bed yet.

it's a small muscle but located inconveniently in the mid-lumbar region. i can't get up. it's sad. this is the first time i've actually thought, "i'm too old for this." Jackie Robinso said that athletes die twice, so i think i'm going to have a funeral service.

Luckily, my computer and gatorade bottles (read: bedpans) are withing reaching distance, and my 5 disk dvd player has all 4 disks of the office season 3 in it. so i haven't needed to leave my room yet...sound familiar, kenton?

So I watched last night's must see tv online...i hate toby flenderson. the lack of cable in my apartment is starting to get to me. i couldn't watch CHAMPIIIIIOOOONS league soccer on wednesday and for some reason the Lord doesn't want me to watch the Cubs. anywho, i'm about to hop in my car, to drive home. and by hop i mean lean over and crawl. i think i'll empty the gatorade bottles so i have a fresh batch for the ride. to all of the bloggers in the michigan area this weekend, have a wonderful time. i expect drunk dials and details on monday.
