Random googling has led my to this video
from one of the Bush-Kerry debates in '04. It's presented like it's a simple question, but I wonder if some kind of editing techniques were employed to put several similiar clips together to make Bush look stupid. I feel like there would be clearer recollection of something like this if it really happened. Video Experts?

absolutely edited. not a chance that happened, it would have been everywhere immediately. i'm beginning to see more of the media bias. when nightly news interviews obama, they let him talk for minutes and wouldn't dare interrupt. when they interview mccain it's silly how they immediately tell him he's wrong and that his answer is awful and how much better obama's answers on the subject are. ridiculous
